What's NEW at the Student Counseling Center this Fall?

*FALL GROUPS*

Taming the Anxiety Beast - Join us at the Student Counseling Center for a 4-week skills-based group to help you better understand anxiety and how to manage stress. Learn what anxiety is, what your triggers are, and practical skills to reign it all in.

Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (starting September 3rd)

(4-week group dates: 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24)

-or-

Wednesdays, 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (starting October 2nd)

(4-week group dates: 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23)

Stop the Negativity and Embrace the Positivity, a Body Positive Group - Join us at the Student Counseling Center for an 8-week supportive group to help you enhance self-acceptance and body image.

Thursdays, 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (starting September 5th)

(8-week group dates: 9/5, 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24)
